I specialise in teaching yoga and meditation sessions one to one and in small groups in the comfort of your home. My approach is gentle, tailored for you, and intuitive as I respond to where you are in the moment — drawing upon a wide variety of yoga practices.
Pregnancy, post natal, and parent and baby yoga
I’m also a Sally Parkes qualified pregnancy and post natal yoga teacher and can offer one to one sessions if you’re in the second and third trimesters of your pregnancy or 8-12 weeks after you’ve given birth.
Yoga can help you to create more space to appreciate the moments of your life and give you the time — both on and off the mat, to feel more connected and in tune with yourself and where you are right now.

I can bring you environmentally friendly manduka yoga mats if necessary, along with yoga props and music to complement your yoga session. I’m based in the Earlsfield/ Wandsworth area of London, but I’m happy to teach throughout London up to an hour away.
