I specialise in teaching yoga and meditation 1-1 and in small groups for a wide range of people throughout London, from complete beginners to more advanced practitioners who wish to deepen their practice.

The beauty of learning and practising yoga 1-1, as a couple or in small groups is that each session is tailored to suit you in the moment, whilst staying with intelligent sequencing. I’m intuitive in my approach and quick to respond and adapt my teaching according to you, as opposed to teaching in a ‘one size fits all approach’.

I provide space for you to go deeper into your yoga practice and find the correct alignment that’s right for your body. I’m passionate about the balance between conscious movement and stillness which is why my sessions provide both dynamic movement to build heat and also longer holds of asanas to explore meditation and the interconnectedness of movement and stillness.

What will your 1-1 yoga session include?

Private yoga sessions with me typically last 60 minutes. However, I am flexible if you wanted a longer or shorter practice. You’re also welcome to share your sessions with someone else at no additional cost, which I find has become quite popular with couples. I offer an initial  discounted yoga taster sessions and also yoga packages. Please get in touch for a full list of my prices.

I draw my knowledge from a vast toolbox of yoga and meditation techniques (some of which I’ve listed below) that I use according to each person’s needs. Ultimately, though I hope our yoga sessions can bring you peace with wherever you are in your life right now, and help you to feel more connected and in tune with your body and mind.

  • Hatha yoga that incorporates vinyasa flow, a focus on correct alignment, and slightly longer holds of certain asanas to explore how you feel inside.
  • Meditation, yoga nidra and stress management techniques
  • Pranayama
  • Asanas taught in Sanskrit and/or English
  • Sessions that incorporate and bring more awareness of the other limbs of yoga.

I can also bring you an environmentally friendly Manduka yoga mat if necessary, along with yoga props and music to complement your yoga session.

Which locations do I cover?

I’m based in the Earlsfield/ Wandsworth area of London, but I’m happy to teach throughout London up to an hour away. I can come either to your home or place of work.
